Van Wyngaarden Projects CC, formerly Van Wyngaarden Building Co (Pty) Ltd, was established by Mr Cobus van Wyngaarden in 1978. He qualified as an Architect in 1963 and practiced for 13 years before commencing with construction and property development. Charl van Wyngaarden joined the company in 1997 after a BSc in Building Management at UCT. TD du Plessis joined the company in 1997 after completing his NHD in Quantity Surveying.
In 2006 the company restructured from that of a Construction Company to a Development Company in order to fully concentrate on its own property developments. The in house architectural as well as building management and quantity surveying qualifications and extensive experience makes van Wyngaarden Projects leaders in property development industry in Namibia. Our mission to be the leaders in the market and to our client's is to ensure vision, creativity, dedication, excellent workmanship, quality service and commitment.
Current development projects include Heritage Square, a 2500m2 Office Park incorporating 9 executive apartments near the CBD, as well as finalizing the planning of 48 Sectional townhouses in Pionerspark Extension 1.
